SCHENGEN INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION LICENSE
Law 4819/2021 (Government Gazette A ‘129) was published, where Article 171 “Licensing of structures and installations in the land port area” replaces Article 137 of Law 4759/2020 (A’ 245) accelerating the licensing procedures of Schengen infrastructure which, according to the latest information from the Border Protection Directorate of the Hellenic Police Headquarters, should be fully operational for the implementation of the new Entry-Exit System of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 from 01 May 2022
