In addition, the increased passenger traffic, the lack of infrastructure, combined with the other peculiarities of the island, make the implementation of ISPS Code security measures and procedures a demanding task. Our company provided consultancy support to Thira Municipal Port Fund on the effective implementation of the ISPS Code, conducting drills and security exercises, briefing Security Staff with security duties, developing an Emergency Response Plan and Operational Procedures and the update of Access Control Cards Issuance Manual.
Consulting services on anchorage management and statistical analysis of cruise needs had been also provided.
