Following the long delays and the adoption of the Law on the Establishment, Organization and Operation of Waterports, it is expected that the implementation and operation of Waterports and Water Fields will begin.

Since most Waterports will operate in ports, good knowledge of airplane operations is required since the aircraft when flying is considered to be, and is, an airplane controlled by the Civil Aviation Authority as well as a ship since the seaplane after landing on water is considered to be a ship controlled by the local Coast Guard.

NEXT PLUS executives have the ONLY field experience of this kind having worked in significant positions in the aviation industry and maritime transport and operations. Water Fields are defined in areas where there is no organized port operation e.g. near large Hotel Units, Archaeological Sites, Lakes, etc. for the service of seaplanes performing scheduled, extraordinary or chartered flights.

NEXT PLUS, together with its specialized external partners, undertakes all required actions for selecting the location, organization, licensing and ground operations of a Waterport or Water Field, in full synchronization with the security measures of National Civil Aviation Regulation (NCAR), ISPS Code and the Schengen Acquisition when the Waterport operates within a regulated Entrance Point to our Country.
